Short Track

Ontario Provincial Circuit 

• Races are seeded by ability, mixed gender, for ages 6+
• Races are held in two zones plus flex zone: East and West
• 3 meets (Ottawa, Quinte, Toronto) + Mid-Season Provincial (London) + Championship (KW)

Ontario Elite Circuit

• Races are seeded by age group (14 to 29) who meet time standard, gender specific
• Top 13 year old skaters will also be introduced to the Ontario Elite Circuit in early 2023. 
• 2 meets (Cambridge, Newmarket) + 2 Time Trials + Championship (Kingston)

National

• Canada Youth Short Track Championships – East (Oakville)
• Others: ST Canada Cup, Canadian Junior ST Championships, Canadian Junior ST Open

Interclub Meets (Intro to Racing)

• Racing in 3 regions across the province for new and developing racers. 
• Skaters experience local racing with a skater pool that includes skaters from other Clubs

• Held in Ottawa in January for all ages
• Mix of mass start, Olympic style (in pairs) races

National

• Canadian Youth LT Championships (Fort St John) 
• Others: Canadian Single Distance LT Championships, Canada Cup #1-2-3-4
